Military Defense 

When you are accused of misconduct in the military, they can initiate an administrative separation. They can be called "Chapter Boards" or "ADSEP Boards" for short. Make no mistake, these are legal proceedings, that require investigation of the allegations, presentation of evidence at hearing, testimony of witnesses, and making legal arguments. I have done numerous administrative hearings during my career.
